Registration Information

School Registration

  • Registration for continuing families opens the last week of January each year.
  • Registration for new families begins January 30 and continues until classes are full (20-25 students). Classes close when the maximum number is reached.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO REGISTER (New Students)

  • CERTIFIED, ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE
  • BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE, IF CATHOLIC
  • ACADEMIC RECORDS (MOST RECENT REPORT CARD,  TESTING INFORMATION)
  • SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
  • STATE OF ALABAMA IMMUNIZATION CERTIFICATE
  • COPIES OF DIVORCE DECREES AND/OR CUSTODY JUDGEMENTS
  • LETTER FROM YOUR PASTOR, IF COMING FROM OUTSIDE PARISH

AGE REQUIREMENTS

PK3 – Age 3 by September 1 of current year

PK4 – Age 4 by September 1 of current year

Kindergarten – Age 5 on or before September 1 of current year

ACCEPTANCE

  • REGISTRATION FORM COMPLETED AND RETURNED
  • ALL FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS HAVE BEEN MET
  • BIRTH AND BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATES RECEIVED
  • ACADEMIC RECORDS EVALUATED (COPY OF MOST RECENT REPORT CARD)
  • INTERVIEW WITH PRINCIPAL
  •  

Books and Supplies

  • Parents must purchase required books and supplies for their children
  • Book/Supply lists are published each year by May
  • Students are required to have all books and supplies by the first day of school

Tuition Assistance

  • Financial assistance may be available for tithing Catholics, please ask your Pastor for more information
  • Financial assistance may also be available through Scholarship Granting Organizations.  Go to revenue.alabama.gov for more information

  • Early Childhood Classes: Age 3-4 – Full Day Program
  • Primary Grades Kindergarten through 5th Grade – Self contained classrooms
  • Middle School Grades 6th – 8th – Departmental change of classes

  • Qualified non-public Alabama school under Alabama Accountability Act (AAA) to enroll students from failing public schools
